While playing Ring Fit Adventure can provide a good cardiovascular workout, it is highly unlikely to directly cause a heart attack. However, as with any form of physical activity, it is important to listen to your body and not overexert yourself. It's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine, especially if you have any underlying health conditions. If you experience any unusual symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, or dizziness during exercise, it's important to stop and seek medical attention. **
